All wording can be completely customized so inserting your own language shouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately, the fonts we currently use do not support Chinese, Japanese or Arabic characters, or derivatives thereof.
Wood items have an amazing look, but not all pieces of wood will look exactly the same, because of the grain structure, knots and some other minor imperfections. Part of the beauty in wood is that each piece is unique in its own right.

We don't accept returns or refunds on any of our custom or personalzied orders.
In any case, all shipping/handling costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part.
If you receive a product with defects you must notify us in writing via email within 5 days of the delivery. Please be sure to include your order number and details of the defect. Photos will be appreciated. Once your email has been reviewed we will contact you to fix the issue.
Due to the nature of custom orders, they cannot be changed or canceled.
